CGC exists because product knowledge kept walking out the door.
We started as practitioners inside product development and manufacturing — not as outside observers of it. That's still how we work.
Why we exist
Every organisation we've worked in has felt the same gap.
Product data gets managed carefully — specs, drawings, BOMs, revisions. The judgement behind it rarely gets the same treatment. It lives in someone's head, a Slack thread, a supplier call nobody wrote down. CGC exists to close that gap: first as a way of thinking about product development, then as the practices and platform that make it real.
How we work
CGC is based in Singapore and Malaysia, working with brands and manufacturing partners across consumer electronics, personal care and consumer hardgoods. We built PD:OS — the platform at cgcplm.com — because the discipline needed somewhere real to live, not because we set out to sell software.
